Tewin Bury Farm Wedding

“I THINK PART OF THE REASON WE HOLD ON TO SOMETHING SO TIGHT IS BECAUSE WE FEAR SOMETHING SO GREAT WON’T HAPPEN TWICE”
Well quite simply, just WOW – Rachel and Luke decided to have their wonderful day at the very highly regarded Tewin Bury Farm in Welwyn Garden City.
The place is incredible with it’s choice of rooms for your ceremony, beautiful grounds and exceptional food – it makes complete sense as to why so many people choose this great place.
Rachel and Luke had opted for two photographers but only wanted coverage at Tewin Bury Farm which is where Rachel was getting ready. We spent the morning with Rachel and her family and friends befoe Luke rolled onto the scene in a pretty fancy Limousine!
The couple had opted for the Tythe Barn which was laid out superbly and with the upstairs balcony, creates more opportunity to capture unique images for any couple that chooses to go there – following the ceremony, everyone broke out onto the private lawn whilse Rachel, Luke and I went around the grounds to create their first portraits as husband and wife.
The weather was so incredible that we also decided to head out for a sunset session which is always on offer for every couple that books with me as the light is just beautiful!
I Work With You To Bring Your Dream Day Into A Reality
This was a no holds barred – once in a lifetime – beautiful Tewin Bury Farm Wedding Day – Rachel and Luke invested in the suppliers they knew would deliver everything they wanted from their big day. They put their trust in me and with all couples, I make sure I deliver! Pure, emotional, natural photography documenting your special day.
Having a fun and relaxed engagement session is a great way to get to know eachother a little more and to bring that confidence of being in front of the camera right up and ready for the main event!
Planning & Budgeting
Rachel and Luke had left nothng to chance for their beautiful day – Every detail was carefully planned out and the team at Tewin Bury Farm executed everything perfectly!
As far as budgeting goes – have a final figure in mind and then work logically – Guest list (so you know how much room you will need) Venue first, Photographer and/or Videographer second – these are the businesses that get booked 12/18 months in advance – then dress (serious fun!) DJ, Bridesmaids dresses and suits and then you can look into venue decoration (if not included with your venue), invitations. Before you know it, it will be time for your engagement session!!
Venue & Decor
Believe it or not, this was not Tewin Bury Farms first wedding…. the team here are well organised – very helpful and know exactly what is expected of them when they are working during someones wedding day – The atmosphere is calm – the wedding planner is completely in control and everything goes without a hitch – perfect!
Event & Guest Coordination
For this particular wedding, the wedding co ordinator was on hand to make sure people were where they need to be and ensure timings were kept too and everything went smoothly – and it did – from start to finish, a flawless day!
“It’s hard to say the right words to say how good Dan is – so much more than just a photographer – a friend, a carrier, multi tasker, joker, entertainer, lighting master, story teller, problem solver, crowd controller – the list goes on but that’s just an insight into the kinds of things he did at our wedding – on form all day, with everyone and an absolute pleasure to have with you on your day!”
“We took advantage of having an engagement session to have some time to get to know Dan better and get rid of some of our nervousness – Dan was great again, explaining everything we asked about and making the session so much fun”
“Get in touch with Dan – He was so easy to work with and has photographed several of our friends weddings since ours and has been great every single time – consistent work which is brilliant, consistent attitude of getting the most for his couples and just a pleasure to work with! you will not regret booking him”
