Nicola and Timmy

Brocket Hall Wedding

Daniel Adams Photography

Nicola and Timmy decided to tie the knot at the extremely well know Brocket Hall near St. Albans. They opted for a half day package as Nicola just wanted to have the ceremony and some group images covered.

The stage was set – we were all ready to go and I do not think I have seen anyone smile so much through a ceremomy – it was great!

The scenery at Brocket Hall is pretty incredible – just 30 feet away from where the ceremony took place, was a beautiful lake which creted a lovely romantic backdrop for their afternoon.

With live music playing throughout, perfect weather for the occassion and a lot of lovely, happy people – we had such a fun afternoon and were escorted around the grounds in order to capture some beautiful moments of the couple together.

I Work With You To Bring Your Dream Day Into A Reality

Nicola and Timmy knew exactly what they wanted – They wanted a shorter package which covered the ceremony, groups images and just some lovely portraits of her and Timmy. I was happy to oblige and it was a great few hours I was able to spend with them.

Planning & Budgeting

Nicola and Timmy had budgeted for exactly what they wanted – an incredible venue, wonderful food and someone to capture their moments in just the way they wanted.

As far as budgeting goes – have a final figure in mind and then work logically – Guest list (so you know how much room you will need) Venue first, Photographer and/or Videographer second – these are the businesses that get booked 12/18 months in advance – then dress (serious fun!) DJ, Bridesmaids dresses and suits and then you can look into venue decoration (if not included with your venue), invitations. Before you know it, it will be time for your engagement session!!

Venue & Decor

The incredible team at Brocket Hall did everything that was expected of them and more – the ceremony room was laid out perfectly and in the short time we went off to create portraits, they had turned the whole room around and ready to feed 100 people!

From what I was told when we met again so I could show their images – the party went on long into the night and everyone had a bloody good time!

Event & Guest Coordination

The lady in charge whilst we were at Brocket Hall was AWESOME – from the moment I arrived she worked really well with all the suppliers to make sure everyone knew what was happening and when, we all had what we needed to get the best for Nicola and Timmy and it was a real pleasure to work alongside her for the time I was there!

Having someone organised and helfpul really does go a long way towards making a wedding day run smoothly

Happy Clients

“We knew exactly what we wanted on our wedding day and even though Dan doesn’t have half day weddings on his website – we needed to have him there.  I knew of his work and attitude towards work so we got in touch and he could not of been more helpful from the get go. Reassuring us, shuffling things around to make sure he could be there (even stayed a bit longer than we asked for). An absolute delight to work with and I know any couple that book him will be so glad they did!”

“Dan has a way with people, he just knows how to behave and what to say to just create such a lovely atmosphere which also makes the guests enjoy being around him which in turn, makes for a better day and beautiful photos”

“It’s quite simple really – If you are looking for an awesome wedding photographer that makes you feel and look good – and does the same for all your guests – then Dan is the person to get in touch with – he could not of made things simpler.”

It’s Going to be Perfect!
